Class Description
We are offering agility arena rentals by the hour. Weekly we will set up a course, which will include at least one contact obstacle and access to 6 weave poles. Rentals are available to people knowledgeable about agility and using the equipment safely and properly. *If you are new to agility and have no experience we require a private lesson before booking time, this is for you and your dogs safety, and to protect the equipment from being used improperly. Rentals: Private Rental: $50 per hour for one person with unlimited dogs Group Rental: $30 per person per hour with multiple people and unlimited dogs Class rentals: For instructors looking to hold seminars and or classes, please contact us for rates and requirements. Our Facility: 70x40 Heated Training Room Great Matts Comfort Flooring Regulation and Rubberized Agility Equipment Ample Crating Space *We ask that you respect the space, and treat it as your own, pick up after your dogs, be safe and have fun. *All rentals are subject to owner approval and rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Arena Rentals are booked by the hour with a 15 minute buffer. -Minimum charge will be $50hr based on one person and $30hr based on 2 or more people. Unlimited dogs are allowed. - Nested courses will be changed weekly and will include at least 1 piece of agility equipment. Weave poles may or may not be used on the course, however they will be available to be swapped or pulled out for use. - Any and all damages of the equipment, facility, flooring etc will be the renters responsibility. This equipment is expensive and we expect people treat it like it's their own. Any excessive cleaning required or repairs will be charged back to the renter. -If on arrival you have concerns about the facility cleanliness or equipment condition please contact us prior to the start of your allotted time via email. -Dogs are to be healthy, vaccinated, and free of communicable diseases or viruses. At any time the management has the right to refuse rental based on any heath issues of the dog and possibly of the handler. -Handlers must be aware that this is a potentially dangerous sport and any injuries occurred to the handler or dog while renting the space are their own responsibility and will not have any repercussions or damages to Pawsitive Kinection or their owners. -Dogs, and people using the space are the responsibility of the individual booking the space. -The person booking the space is responsible for all people using the space with them. Sign and return our hold harmless agreement. Forms can be left at the arena or we can also accept them via email. -We ask that you respect the space, and treat it as your own, pick up after your dogs, be safe and have fun. There is a rules and instructions policy that all renters should be abiding by. - All rentals are subject to owner approval and discretion. - Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours before the booked session. Cancellations are subject to a 10% service fee. - Cancellations based on weather or extenuating circumstances after the 72 hour cancellation period will be handled on a case by case basis. - Classes/instruction/seminars are allowed, however not under the arena rental. If you have a class or seminar or want to offer lessons, please reach out to us, we are happy to work with other instructors and welcome collaboration.
