Intro to Disc

Class Description

This seminar will feature both hands on and discussion based learning with a focus on the foundational skills of basic toss and fetch upon which all disc dog sports are based (toss and fetch, games, and freestyle). Hands on time will be spent working with handlers on throwing techniques for both backhands and rollers and well as one on one sessions with each team to help you learn how to get your dog catching discs. Discussion topics will include dog safe discs and various toss and fetch fields and organization. Seminar will run 9-4 with a break for lunch.
